How it works
STEP 1
Connect read-only
One click through Airbnb. We can see your calendar and rates; we cannot change anything. Disconnect whenever you like.
STEP 2
We list your open nights
Only the nights you already have available, at your rate plus our margin. We never undercut you — our price is always above yours.
STEP 3
A booking arrives
It lands in your account like any other channel, with the guest and the dates. Your cleaning and messaging run exactly as they do today.
STEP 4
You get paid your rate
You receive the nightly rate you set. Our margin sits on top and comes out of what the guest pays, never out of yours.
We never undercut you
Our price is your rate plus our margin — always higher than your own listing, never lower. We are not competing with you for the same guest. We are selling the nights that were going to stay empty.
Common questions
Do I have to change anything on my Airbnb?
No. Your listing, your photos, your prices and your calendar stay exactly as they are. The connection is read-only, so we could not change them even if we wanted to.
What happens if I get a direct booking on a night you also listed?
Your booking always wins. We read your calendar continuously, so a night you fill disappears from our side. If anything ever looks unclear, we contact you before confirming a guest — we never confirm a stay we cannot deliver.
How much do I get paid?
Your own nightly rate for the nights sold. Our margin is added on top of your price and comes out of what the guest pays.
Is there a contract or exclusivity?
No exclusivity and no lock-in. Keep every other channel you use. You can disconnect at any time and the listings come down.
Do I need to use your software?
No. This is a distribution partnership, not a migration. Nothing about how you run your properties has to change.
