(b) We collect wider information when you use our Guest Communication Services which may include detailed information about your properties, the amenities, access instructions, welcome messages, check-in and check-out instructions.

(d) The above data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services and communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and also our legitimate interests, i.e. the proper administration of our website and business and the proper management of our customer relationships.

In order to process the payment of the Fees you pay us for our Services, we collect your credit card or debit card information and also all information relating to the transactions between you and us, including purchases services.
