Location is convenient, walking distance to Kailua village, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Relax at the oceanfront pool while taking in the beautiful evening sunsets. Our condo has everything needed for a memorable visit to the Big Island.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Clean with new upgrades, this studio is 483 sq. ft. There is one queen bed and a sofa sleeper that pulls out to a full size bed in living area. Kitchen is well equipped, has full size appliances with granite countertops. Bathroom upgraded with a walk-in tile shower and granite vanity countertop. Outside lanai with a nice breeze. A new AC unit was just installed to keep the interior nice and cool. <br />Clean linens are provided: 4 beach towels and 4 sets of bath towels. <br />Upon check-out please tidy up the condo, wash all dishes, we will change all linens. Leave keys in the lock box on the outside wall during your stay. There is a set inside the unit for your daily use. Kona Shores has an oceanfront pool with access to the ocean shoreline. The shoreline frontage is very rocky but it's scenic with beautiful evening sunsets. There is no ocean view from our unit. The outside patio is level with the parking lot but does have a view of Hualalai mountain.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to Kona Shores beautiful Oceanfront pool, BBQ area that can be reserved or enjoyed by all. There is one assigned parking stall #35 directly in front of the unit. Complex has a renovated laundry room at the north end of Building C with numerous coin operated washers and dryers. Kona Shores is as older complex but well maintained. Please no smoking inside the condo. We recommend leaving the set of keys in the lockbox after your arrival in case you get locked out. There is a set of keys inside the unit for you to use for daily access.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />As with any condo complex, common courtesy to keep noise down, especially at night is appreciated by all. This condo is on the ground floor of a two story building. Kona Shores has about half vacation renters and half resident families. It is an older complex but well maintained.
