Designated storage space is available for guests, including cleared dresser space in the two larger bedrooms, luggage space, and additional linens and towels in the hallway closet.<br /><br />We’ve intentionally kept guest storage simple so the bedrooms remain comfortable and uncluttered.<br /><br />We Live Downstairs<br /><br />Our family of four and our dog stay in a separate, private space downstairs while guests are here. You’ll have private use of the entire upper level of the home, including the bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, deck, and designated off-street parking.<br /><br />We generally give guests their privacy but are nearby if something comes up or you’d like a local recommendation.<br /><br />A Peaceful Residential Home<br /><br />Our home is on an exceptionally quiet residential block, which is one of the things guests love most about staying here.<br /><br />Quiet hours are 10pm–8am, and we ask guests to be considerate of our family and neighbors throughout their stay. This home is best suited to families, couples, and groups looking for a peaceful home base rather than parties or gatherings.<br /><br />Laundry + Basement Access<br /><br />A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the basement. Please note that the basement is accessed by very steep, narrow stairs and has a low ceiling, so guests should use this area with care. The remainder of the basement is private and off limits.<br /><br />Fitness Equipment<br /><br />Guests are welcome to use the Peloton, Hydrow, hand weights, and fitness area with care. The Murphy bed must be securely locked upright before using the gym equipment; instructions are provided in the house manual.<br /><br />Parking<br /><br />One dedicated off-street parking space is included — a rare and valuable convenience in San Francisco. Detailed parking instructions are provided before arrival.<br /><br />Pets<br /><br />One dog under 60 lbs is welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up after them, and crate pets if they are left alone.<br /><br />Trained service dogs are, of course, welcome in accordance with Airbnb policies.<br /><br />One More Thing<br /><br />This is a real home that we love and are happy to share.
