It comfortably sleeps 10 adults and is minutes from the Lake, Casinos, Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood. <br /><br />During the summer months have fun fishing, mountain biking, river rafting, horseback riding or just plain relaxing. Following the house rules will ensure that 100% of your security deposit is refunded to you every visit!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our maximum occupancy rates are 10 people and 4 cars. In the winter months it is mandatory that your vehicles all be off the street to allow for snow removal. Substantial fines are enforced by the city for parking on the street when snow removal conditions exist. <br /><br />South Lake Tahoe has a transient occupancy ordinance which states a maximum occupancy definition for each rental property which if exceeded can result in your eviction from the property by the El Dorado County Sheriff. <br /><br />The ordinance also has a "nuisance" clause which can call for your eviction and impose fines if you are annoying residents in the neighborhood. To avoid any problems, we suggest that as you approach 10pm at night we ask that you begin to ramp down outside noise so that after 11pm the external noise level is zero. So doing will ensure your enjoyment of the beauty of Lake Tahoe and keep the neighborhood happy!
