Close to Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe and Northstar Ski Resort. On a flat level road, easy to get to even in snow!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Main Level:<br /><br />The living/dining room has very high ceilings with gorgeous forest views and a cozy gas fireplace - hit the switch and enjoy the fire! In the ottoman you'll find lots of games. There is a guest bathroom right nearby!<br /><br />Large master on main floor with steam shower and oversized tub.<br /><br />Gourmet kitchen, has many wonderful amenities - like blender, toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, mini food processor, rice cooker and more. We also are well stocked with spices, coffee filters, condiments...<br /><br />Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Also, boot/mitten warmers!<br /><br />The large deck off the living room has a 6-person hot tub, gas grill, dining table for 4 and a "party tree"! Bring your own mardi gras beads if you wish to add to the festive tree!<br /> <br />Upstairs:<br /><br />A loft sitting area with a special play space is great for watching TV and relaxing. <br /><br />Bunk Room has 2 bunk beds one with twin/twin and one double/twin. Decorated in fun bright colors that kids love!<br /><br />The guest room has a queen bed. <br /><br />These rooms share a bathroom with separate toilet/shower.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire house is yours. I'll send you a code a few days prior to arrival, no need to pick up keys!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Rates include 12% (TOT) Transient Occupancy Tax and %1.25 Tourism Fee as required by the Town of Truckee. <br /><br />Minimum age for rent is 27. Please provide copy of drivers license or passport as proof of age.
