TVs (5) (5 of the TVs are smarTVs) cabana with private toilet, sink & changing room. Outdoor shower (open), pool, spa (downloadable iAqualink App for spa operation & pool lights) secluded outdoor gas turn-key fire pit, and outdoor gas turn-key fireplace.<br /><br />CHECK-OUT: 11 AM<br />1. Put used towels on the laundry room floor.<br />2. Bedding stays on the beds.<br />3. Put the garbage and the recyclables outside in the bins located behind the cabana.<br />4. Turn off the lights.<br />5. Lock the front door and put the key back in the lockbox.<br />6. Close the driveway gate.<br />7. Smoking is permitted outside and in the “man cave”. Ashtray receptacles are provided. Please don’t throw your butts on the ground.<br /><br />Complimentary parking for our guests at 595 Park Avenue Building. Parking located walking distance just a few blocks south from the HP Pavilion | SAP Center. (Free parking) for guests staying with us.<br /><br />If a guest books for an extended period of time, weekly housekeeping is available, upon guest's request. Additional fees and housekeeping charges do apply.<br /><br />This entire Executive Home is for guests’ use, including the entire backyard with secluded patio with gas turn-key fire-pit, detached garage “man cave” with cigar bar. Pool, spa, gas turn-key fireplace and cabana. Free private parking behind automatic gate. This is not a community, it is a single residence.<br /><br />Ten persons are allowed, by the city of San Jose, to spend the night. Please do not exceed that amount. You may ask me for additional blankets and pillows if someone needs to sleep on the inflatable mattresses (2). We’re flexible.<br /><br />My husband and I live here, but travel often. We work hard, travel and play. We are very easy going, fun and welcoming. Guests’ interaction is at guests’ discretion.
