Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with NO work on weekends or major holidays.<br />🌟 PROJECT SCHEDULE & LAYOUT DETAILS:<br />Our specific unit is scheduled for the very last phase of this project. Our in-room construction period doesn't start until late October (and those dates have already been blocked and are unavailable for booking).<br />To help you plan your stay, here is the layout and timeline of the building's footprint:<br />• Building Layout: The property is structured in an L-shape. From mid-July until mid-September, the construction focus is on the opposite wing of the building.<br />• Unit Location: Upon exiting the elevator, the opposite wing is to the right, while our unit is located at the far end of the left hallway. Due to this layout, the project is not scheduled to reach our side of the hallway or neighboring units until mid-September.<br />What this means for your stay (July – Mid-October):<br />• Inside our Unit: There is ZERO active work, ZERO daytime water shutdowns, and NO worker access inside our specific room.<br />• Daytime Noise Expectation: Please expect general ambient daytime building noise and activity during work hours. However, during the summer and early fall months, the majority of the active work will be physically located on the other side of the L-shape footprint.<br />💰 Unbeatable Value for Active Travelers: Our rates have been significantly discounted for this entire period to reflect the ongoing building project.
