This accommodation is located on ground level of our 2 story single family house.<br />The host family lives on the second floor. Guests enjoy ground level 2 bedrooms 2 bath, with exclusive access to a full backyard, via private separate entrance self-check-in.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-No onsite laundry, the nearest laundry service is about 3-5 min walking distance, nearest coin-operated laundry is 0.4 miles away.<br />-Host family resides in the same house on the 2nd floor. We spent extra care on soundproofing but we do live upstairs, so expect some amount of sound transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, We have designated quiet hours from 10pm -7am.<br />-Our apologies for not able to accommodate any pets/animals due to safety and health reason imposed.<br />-No Stove due to safety and SF city requirement.<br />-One Free onsite driveway parking is available for Airbnb guests.<br />Note: Our driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles in total. X1 is reserved for guest parking. <br />The maximum vehicle length for the guest parking space is 16 feet.
