We are just under 3 acres on the ocean. it was not highly developed with many multi story buildings. We are a VERY LOW DENSITY property. We only have 6 two story buildings with 6-8 condos each. That means you will NOT be on vacation surrounded by 100s of other guests. <br /><br />Maui Sands is a very special place. There is a large inner courtyard that opens to the ocean. You will be surrounded by beautiful mature Hawaiian flora. At night, you can hear the ocean from the condo. <br /><br />The building is not on the beach but set back a bit with a great close in view of the ocean.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Please print your parking pass before you come to Paradise.
