If you want to be walkable to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer then this is your home! While our inside space is modest, we make up for it by being so close to everything! Our 4 bedroom ski chalet is walkable to the Heavenly ski shuttle, the casinos, Lakeside beach, Ski run marina, restaurants and shops at Heavenly Village and so much more! She is harmless but it can be a bit shocking for some. If this is something that might startle your children please beware of this before you book. We don't want her to be the reason we receive negative reviews. Let us know if you have any questions :)<br />• The homes in our complex were not built with backyards or decks, however, there is a little shared outdoor space with picnic tables and charcoal BBQs available to use.<br />• Our home is 1,392sqft which is a bit small for a 4 bedroom house. Even though we sleep up to 8 in beds, are home is most comfortable for 6 people. Our living room is small. <br /><br />🚗 Parking<br />We can parking up to 2 modestly sized vehicles in the garage only. **Trucks or SUVs will not fit** There are a few extra guest parking spaces but they are first come, first serve and not guaranteed. There may be street parking on Shepards in the Summer but there is NO street parking in the Winter so please double check with us to ensure we can fit your vehicles.<br /><br />🛏 Zzzzz<br />All 4 bedrooms have 1 Queen bed in each of them and then there are 3 full bathrooms. <br /><br />🛋️ Living Space <br />Our cozy living room has a Smart TV and comfortable leather furniture. Even though it's on the smaller side, it gets the job done. We like to watch TV while our kids play games on the kitchen table. <br /><br />🍽️ Wine & Dine<br />Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to make a killer meal after a long day at the slopes or at the lake. <br /><br />⛰️ Get Outside<br />We don't have a backyard or private outdoor space but there is a little community gathering area with picnic benches and charcoal BBQs. We like to open up the garage doors and hang out in the garage as sort of an outdoor/indoor space. <br /><br />📍 Location <br />Located in the tourist core area of South Lake Tahoe you are walking distance to everything - Heavenly ski shuttle, the casinos, Lakeside beach, Ski run marina, restaurants, shops at Heavenly Village, Target, Whole Foods & more!<br /><br />✏️ Other Info<br />• We are permitted for up to 8 people on 4 Queen beds.<br />• Our home is non-smoking.<br />• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. <br />• After you book, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.<br />• We try our best to WOW you and earn your 5-star review so please be gracious when reviewing our home and we will do the same when we review you! :)<br />♡ Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests will have access to our entire home with the exception of a few locked closets for owner storage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />👮🏻‍♂️ Local Rental Laws<br />We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local vacation rental ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. We have exterior security cameras and are friends with our neighbors. We reserve the right to charge guests and in rare cases ask guests to leave our home and forfeit their reservation if the local laws are not being followed. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)<br /><br />🐶 Pet Policy<br />• We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs.<br />• Please add the # of pets you are bringing to the reservation so the pet fee can be added.<br />• Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please. <br />• Pet owners must pick up dog poop before checking out. <br />• Pets must be kept off furniture & bedding.
