Downtown Mill Valley’s fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and bars are a ten minute stroll down the Dipsea steps (along with a superb music scene).<br /><br />Includes on-site parking, cozy queen bed, laundry, wifi, smart TV, safe storage, coffee/tea, mini-fridge in an absolutely beautiful, serene setting.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our property is a private home with 3400 square feet nestled in a redwood forest, but just minutes from downtown Mill Valley by foot, the best of both worlds! Our AirBnb has a private, separate entrance from outside and includes a private deck with tables and chairs.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our guests have access to the AirBnb room as well as a parking spot on our property. There is also street parking. Guests are also welcome to explore our one acre lot and enjoy the redwoods. Our property abuts Marion Ave., Hazel Ave. and the Dipsea Steps, with easy walking access to Mill Valley's charming downtown and hiking trails.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our driveway is fairly step but can be navigated easily to your designated parking spot. Driving up and down simply requires following the curve and staying close to the wall on the left. Use of the driver’s side mirror makes backing down an easy task. <br />We will be happy to help you get up the driveway if required (let us know when you are arriving). Convenient public parking is also available on the street and is very safe.
