The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. <br />- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. <br />- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, with 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The community courtyard may have guest parking on first come first serve basis.<br />- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.<br />- Early check-in is possible, but check with me for timing.<br />- Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. <br /><br />- Propane gas is not provided. We leave whatever gas tank left there by previous guests, but they may not be a full tank.<br /><br />Note: This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $30/guest/night, after the first 5 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
