This is your perfect getaway place right across the beach!<br />1 b1 b condo includes fully set up kitchen, dining area and living room, Cal King size bed, full size washer and dryer in the unit(+laundry detergent), TV, beach chairs and cooler, wifi internet, shared jacuzzi and pool.<br />Located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park and Turtle Sanctuary. 5 minute drive to stores and shopping. Building is secluded from the road and traffic.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Contains a dining room, Large lanai, couch, TV, Wifi, full bathroom, kitchen, California King size bed, and laundry room. Included are towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to entire ground which includes shared bbq grill, pool, and jacuzzi. The pool access code will be provided in the check-in instructions.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-We prefer under 5 nights of reservation. Anything longer than that is subject to our approval. <br /><br />-Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM<br />We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there is no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, there is only 4 hours of window for the cleaner to come and clean the place. The cleaner does not live in the building.<br /><br />-Please DO NOT use the white towels as cleaning rags. We have lost about 10 of them due to guests using our towels as rags in the past 3 months. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towel provided to clean.
