Smoking or using illegal substances indoors is not permitted and will result in a $500 cleaning fee.<br />We kindly ask that you return the AC and Fan remotes to its original place, use the designated garbage bins for trash, and place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running. Please note that the house has an attached middle unit with a separate entrance where a co-host lives and is available to help with urgent needs during your stay.
