Beautiful updated Ekahi condo. Family managed and cared for. No rental agency!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Only 5 reviews? Pshaw....! We have received 30+ 5-star reviews on this property on the other site and 500+ consecutive 5-star customer reviews on our treehouse property listed on AirBnb. This is a newer listing on Airbnb.<br /><br />Our home is in the 1st (and closest) phase of Ekahi and is just steps away from the main pool pavilion, the beach, and a second pool even closer. Ekahi is a huge complex, so check the complex maps we included before booking. Some units are in another zip code!<br /><br />You have easy access to Keawakapu Beach, a great, rock-free swimming beach. Explore the beach path for miles in both directions!<br /><br />This home is privately owned and cared for. No rental agency! We are just a phone call, text, or email away.<br /><br />Step off the lanai of this beautiful ground floor unit right onto the Great Lawn, take a left and you're at the pool and beach in 60 seconds. In the fully updated unit, there is a large bedroom with a king bed with a pillow-top mattress as well as a pull-out bed in the living room. We offer two brand new large 4K TV's with blu-ray players, access to streaming services, and cable TV. Brand new quiet mini-split AC units in the living room and bedroom were installed in January 2022. In addition to the main patio, there is a private lanai off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, snorkel gear, and other beach vacation amenities. There is a small desk to use your laptop (but only to make oceanside dinner reservations!).<br /><br />Please note: The pictures show a barbeque. Ekahi recently banned all personal barbeques, so that BBQ is gone. There is a community barbeque at the nearby Pool Pavilion, and they are installing other community barbeques as we speak. <br /><br />We have listed the max capacity as three people (AirBnb limits our ability to designate adults vs. kids).
