Please open the windows with extra care.<br />- Waikīkī is a beautiful tropical destination, but its warm climate also means that insects and other crawling creatures can be a common presence. To help keep them outside where they belong, we kindly ask for your help in taking a few simple precautions:<br />1. Keep all doors and screens closed at all times.<br />2. Avoid leaving food out.<br />3. Clean and wipe down all food preparation and dining surfaces regularly.<br />4. Dispose of food waste in the provided trash bags and promptly place them in the designated building trash bins.<br />- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Unit. $250 fine will be imposed for any violations.<br />- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.<br />- Please be aware that we are not notified in advance of any renovations or construction within the building or nearby units.
