Perfect for couples, families, or business travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and value.<br /><br />You'll be minutes from Ala Moana Shopping Center/Beach, Hawaii Convention Center, restaurants, and nightlife, while still having a quiet space to unwind after a day of island adventures. <br /><br />Parking Structure (downstairs): The Ilikai Marina parking is $35/day.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Enjoy the entire private studio condo to yourself. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a comfortable studio layout with two beds. Step out onto the private balcony and take in relaxing mountain views of Honolulu.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a safe and secure building with 24-hour on watch security and cameras.<br /><br />Our condo is inside Ilikai Marina on the 17th floor, with passcode for entry will be given shortly before your arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Elevators/Parking:<br />• Elevators run from the parking structure to the condo (Floor 17).<br />• The 7th floor is best for unloading — elevator access, no stairs, ADA-friendly.<br />• Parking height limit is 6 ft — please plan your rental accordingly.<br /><br />• This is a private condo, not a hotel — no daily housekeeping or towel/linen changes.<br />• We’re unable to accept mail or packages.<br /><br />What We Provide:<br />• Bed linens<br />• 1 body towel and 1 face towel per guest<br />• Starter supplies: 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap & sponge 🧽 <br /><br />There may be building-wide maintenance (water shutoffs, pest control, power outages) handled by the building and outside our control. We will do our best to provide timely updates.
