Twelve floors above Kūhiō Avenue, the skyline stretches wide and the Pacific shimmers at the edges — a view that shifts from bright morning gold to deep evening amber with almost no effort on your part. This is Waikiki at its most effortless: beach a short walk away, rooftop pool gleaming above, and the whole energy of the neighborhood humming just below.<br /><br />The space<br />This entire studio on the 12th floor of the Pacific Monarch has been recently renovated for a comfortable, well-appointed stay. The open layout is thoughtfully arranged, with room-darkening shades to keep mornings as slow as you want them, a window AC unit and ceiling fan to stay cool after long days out, and clothing storage via a closet and dresser to help you actually settle in. A smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are in place for your peace of mind.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The studio sleeps up to three guests across a queen bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all provided so you can arrive and unwind without hunting for the basics. Room-darkening shades and an iron are on hand for whenever you need them.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The kitchenette is well-stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper meal in. You'll find a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a hot water kettle, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, and rice maker - along with wine glasses and coffee already in the unit. A dining table gives you a proper place to eat, plan the day, or decompress at the end of it. Note: a full kitchen is not available at this property.<br /><br />Bathroom<br />The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower with hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products are provided, so you're covered from day one. Fresh towels and bed sheets are included with every stay.<br /><br />Outdoor & building amenities<br />Step out onto your private patio or balcony for city skyline views at any hour. Head up to the rooftop for the outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna - open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM - with panoramic Waikiki views as the backdrop. A shared BBQ grill (gas) and sun loungers round out the rooftop experience. Back at ground level, a coffee shop in the building, 24/7 front desk, and elevator access make everyday logistics simple. A paid washer and paid dryer are available in the building, and a laundromat is also nearby.<br /><br />Entertainment & connectivity<br />A 75" TV with premium cable, fast wifi verified at 265 Mbps, and an Ethernet connection mean your downtime is fully covered - whether you're streaming, video calling, or just putting something on in the background.<br /><br />Beach & extras<br />Beach access is nearby, and beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your outings. Resort access is also available to guests.<br /><br />Parking & access<br />Self check-in is via keypad, and the unit has a private entrance. The building has an elevator, and the studio is a single-level home with no internal stairs. A paid parking garage on premises offers one space at $45 per day (subject to change), with a 6 ft clearance. Paid parking off premises is also available in the area.<br /><br />Location<br />Positioned in the heart of Waikiki on Kūhiō Avenue, the building puts you within easy walking distance of Waikiki Beach, Duke's Statue, and a wide range of dining, shopping, and nightlife options. Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, and the Waikiki Aquarium are all close by - so whether you're after coastal scenery or local culture, it's right on your doorstep.<br /><br />Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Two will remain in service while one is out at a time. Please expect longer wait times, especially during check-in and check-out. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.
