You are only steps away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach!<br /><br />THE UNIT<br />*Newly renovated corner studio with 2 balconies with city and Ala Wai canal views. (Approx 250 SF)<br />*Beautifully and stylishly furnished and stocked with necessities for your vacation.<br />*Queen-size memory foam bed and pull-out sectional couch. <br />*Perfect space for 2, a third guest can be accommodated but note that space may be a little tight. <br />*Balconies are furnished for al fresco dining in one, and a relaxing lounge chair in the other balcony. <br />*Cotton sheets, bedding, baths, and beach towels are provided. <br />*Bathroom is supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and sun protection products.<br />*Kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig machine (with k-cups, sugar, creamer), single hot plate, and airfyer for simple meals. <br />*The kitchenette has plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, oil, and basic spices. <br />*42" smart TV, 300mbps high-speed internet, and a Bose Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. <br />*Beach amenities such as umbrellas, chairs, mats, and snorkel gear are provided for your enjoyment. <br />The space<br /><br />THE LOCATION<br />*You are a very short 5-minute walk to world-famous Waikiki Beach!<br />*10ish minute walk to International Market Place and Royal Hawaiian Center for dining, entertainment and shopping.<br />*Surrounded by the island's best food trucks and restaurants; every corner has something to eat at every taste and budget.<br />*10ish minute walk to the Honolulu Zoo and Kapiolani Park<br />*Due to its central location and bustling Waikiki, expect some noise and the hustle and bustle that come with it. We provide a noise machine on the bedside table and ear plugs (under the bathroom sink) for light sleepers.. the hum of the AC helps to muffle the noise as well. <br /><br />IMPORTANT DETAILS<br />*Check-in Time is 3pm and Check-Out is 11am. We cannot flex with this due to the time required to thoroughly clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. <br />*This unit DOES NOT come with a free parking space. The Condo has very limited pay parking garage in the basement at $4/Hour or $30/Day (subject to change/first come-first serve)<br />*As stated, designed perfectly for 2 people but can accommodate a third although it may get tight for some.<br />*No Smoking, Vaping. No parties or events. <br />*No pets. <br />*Only registered guests are allowed. <br />*Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am every day. <br />*The central location makes it easy to explore Waikiki on foot. There will be one set of unit key and elevator fob in the lock box. Another one will be in the unit.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:<br /><br />*You are in central Waikiki and we do front a busy street, so some noise is expected. Ear plugs (under the bathroom sink) and a noise machine (on the bedside table) are available at your convenience if you have the need for them.<br /><br />* This unit does not come with a free parking space. The Condo has very limited pay parking garage in the basement at $4/Hour or $30/Day (subject to change/first come-first serve)<br /><br />*For your comfort we have just replaced the AC window unit (new 10,000 btu installed in aug 2024).<br /><br />*This is a studio unit and is best for 2 people and can be tight for 3 people. We do provide a sofa bed for a possible third person if the guests acknowledge that it can be tight. <br /><br />*Kuhio Village Towers is an older building but well well-maintained condominium & while our space has been recently renovated and very well-kept thru the years, our building has long time residents. Please follow all house rules.<br /><br />*Upon check in, if there are any visible issues that have to do with cleanliness, or if you feel something is not up to your standards, please reach out within 24 hours of check in so we can make things right! <br /><br />*Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 11am. Due to cleaning schedules, and we want to make sure that we have enough time to prepare the unit for your stay, no check in is permitted before 11AM. <br /><br />*Please, rinse off all sand before entering the building/unit. Washing sand off yourself or your beach gear in the bathroom will clog the drain pipes. There will be a $75 fee (requested) if there is extra time needed to clean or repair due to excessive sand.<br /><br />*There is a monthly WATER SHUT OFF EVERY FOURTH TUESDAY OF THE MONTH<br />from 10a-2p. Please plan accordingly. We will send you a reminder if this happens during your stay.<br /><br />*Beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, beach mat's, sunblock, and after sun care (aloe) are happily provided in the unit for your use and enjoyment. Please shake off all sand from beach supplies and clean them properly before entering the unit.<br /><br />*Lost Key or Locked Out Fee:<br />We provide 2 sets of keys during your rental. One is in the lockbox and another is in your unit. We suggest that you put the set back in the lock box after you let yourself in and use the set of keys provided in the unit during your stay. This way, you have a spare in case you misplace the keys or lock yourself out. <br />Our island co-host does not live in the property and will have to travel to you in these cases.
