This stylish condo is located right in the heart of Waikiki beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Waikiki marina, the beach and of course the famous Friday night fireworks right from the comfort of your quaint balcony. The condo is located just a stone's throw from the beach, countless high end restaurants and small mom and pops local eateries, ice cream parlors, bars and the best shopping in the world. The famous Hilton Hawaiian village and the beach where Hawaii 5 O was filmed are only 2 minutes away. Magic Island Beach Park is 5 minutes away, Ala Moana shopping mall is 10 minute walk from the condo. <br /><br />Our spacious condo sleeps comfortably 5 adults. The private bedroom closes off completely from the living room with a large wooden sling door making the two spaces very private from each other. The bathroom can be accessed through a small hallway connected to the bedroom, which is also connected to the living room making it usable from the living room and from the bedroom without disturbing the privacy of either one. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and a range, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, pots and pans and everything that you need to make a delicious home meal. <br /><br />AC is a must in Hawaii and we have a brand new AC in the condo that will keep you cool and comfortable. <br /><br />WI-FI, 40 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and cable are all included. <br /><br />There is a KING size bed with a Memory Foam Deluxe mattress in the bedroom and an ultra comfortable designer double sofa bed and another single pull out bed in the living room, both with memory foam mattresses. Of course for our youngest guests we offer a pack and play, a high chair and numerous beach toys to choose from making it the perfect choice for a family. <br /><br />We offer plenty of towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Just pack a few shirts and shorts and your swimsuit, you won’t need anything else. <br /><br />There is a credit card operated laundry on the 8th floor of the building.<br /><br />Paid PARKING is located conveniently in the building. You can go in and out with your car as you please. Free street parking can be found near by.<br /><br />To save on parking, the bus stop is 5 minute walk, in front of the building. The bus goes anywhere on the island<br /><br />If you prefer to rent a car for the day only to explore the island and save on parking, there is a car rental right in front of the building. <br /><br />This is a very safe area and the building has 24 hour security. <br /><br />Check in is easy. You will be provided the code to the smartlock. <br /><br />Tax and all fees are all included in the final price that you see here, you will not need to pay anything else upon your arrival. <br /><br />We are the owners of the condo and you will be renting directly from us, not a management company, which means that we are here for you if you need anything, any time of the day or night. The lagoon is a great place for little ones to play. It's shallow and there are no waves to scare the kiddos or knock them over. Here you can also rent stand-up paddle boards, paddle boats, aqua bikes and more. There are also many convenient places to have lunch or grab a snack.
