No division from bedroom and living area)<br /> Awesome ocean, lagoon, pool, and surfing and free Luau to watch on certain nights from lagoon area on the side.<br /><br />This unit is 500 sq feet with large 120sf custom tiled lanai. High speed WiFi. The condo has tile flooring throughout the living area including the large outdoor lanai so super easy to keep your condo clean. Whisper quiet Mitsubishi split AC system to keep the condo nice and cool. High speed internet, flat screen TV, DVD, granite kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, granite bathroom and a comfortable living room area for relaxing. Computer writing desk allows you to have a comfortable work space to do your work while glancing across the ocean. The lanai has great comfortable furniture that you can relax and watch the surfers or the beach/lagoon activities. We try our best to outfit the unit with everything you would need to make your stay in Hawaii the best vacation you have ever had. The Ilikai is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Ala Moana shopping center mall [which features the Foodland grocery store], Ala Moana Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the many hotels, restaurants and shops of central Waikiki. The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service available.<br /><br />We have a gym in resort $8 a day. <br /><br />*** Please note no free parking after September 1, 2026. *****<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />🏊💦 Enjoy the facilities and the pools. <br />Pool towels supplied at the pool. <br /><br />Our guests are not able to access the gym at the Ilikai Hotel. The gym access is for hotel guests only. Our unit is privately owned and it is not part of hotel operations. <br /><br />Trash bins are located on every floor to the left of the hall mirror by the elevators. <br /><br />LAUNDRY ROOM: Credit card washers and dryers are located on every floor near the elevators.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />🍍If you arrive early or fly out late you can leave your luggage with the front desk in the lobby. They will help. <br /><br />There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted inside the unit or on the patio lanai balcony. Against resort rules too. They will fine if any smoking detected. So please no smoking. Mahalo! <br /><br />Please do not hang any clothes or towels outside in the lanai on the railing. Against resort rules.<br /><br />We have beach chairs and beach umbrella. Beach cooler. Pool towels supplied at the pool. No snorkel gear or body boards.<br /><br />Parking 🚗<br /><br />Ilikai resort parking is $50 a day valet and $1 an hour at the harbor parking behind the Ilikai.<br /><br />$32 next door at red lobster 🦞 parking garage. In and out anytime.<br /><br />And Parking at Discovery Bay building across the street is $25 day. Unlimited in out access as well.<br /><br />6 feet 7 inches height limit for vehicles using the parking garage.<br /><br /><br />The Ilikai resort has HUI rental cars right at the resort. <br /><br />What is Hui?<br /><br />Hui is a round-trip, station-based car sharing service that is available 24/7. <br /><br />You can book a car for by an hour or in the future. <br /><br />Download the Hui app, apply for membership, locate a car near you and return the car at the same place when you are done – all through your smartphone.
