Recently renovated modern condo/ studio centrally located in Waikiki on the 16th floor of Marine Surf Waikiki with free parking in a dedicated stall.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />***IMPORTANT NOTE: as of Jun2026, the lanai has been restored and is available for use again***<br /><br />Recently renovated modern condo/ studio centrally located in Waikiki on the 16th floor of Marine Surf Waikiki— a short 5-10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, and is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.<br /><br />This condo boasts modern, luxurious amenities such as a fully equipped high-end kitchen, spacious bathroom, full length mirror, plush king-size bed with linens and pillows, air conditioning, 65” smart TV, WiFi, a private lanai (patio deck), and has a dedicated / private parking stall.<br /><br />Additional amenities such as beach towels, umbrella and chairs are available. <br />Please note, we do not provide snorkel gear. <br />Upon request, for guests with small children, a pack n play with mattress and high chair is available.<br /><br />As of 11/2025, the pool is temporarily closed due to exterior improvements to the building<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have complete access to entire condo, as well as amenities of the building such as laundry and pool. Aloha Steak House and The Seaside Raw bar are located on the 1st floor of the building.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />1. The building is secure. A key fob is required to access building, parking garage, elevators, etc.<br /><br />2. Self check-in using a code to get into the condo<br /><br />3. Our parking space is on the 1st floor and can accommodate large trucks, jeeps and vans in the garage.<br /><br />4. We are dedicated to creating a safe and healthy environment for your stay. The condo is properly cleaned and sanitized prior to every stay. Should you need cleaning supplies during your stay, they are stored under the kitchen sink<br /><br />5. We are more than happy to accommodate early check-ins when possible, given the condo is vacant and has been properly cleaned prior to check-in<br /><br />6. We are also more than happy to accommodate late check-outs when possible, given that there is no one else arriving after your departure<br /><br />Our fees include State of Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712%, as well as the Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%, and Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax of 3%. <br />A total of 17.962% of your fees paid are for taxes.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />260190010148, 1604, TA-120-895-2320-01
