Trade winds find their way through the space, and from this elevated position on the 18th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, the full sweep of Waikiki - ocean, mountain, and city skyline - unfolds in front of you. The beach is steps away, the neighborhood is yours to explore, and this entire unit gives you a private base to come back to each evening.<br /><br />Location & setting<br />Positioned in the heart of Waikiki, the condo puts you within easy walking distance of Waikiki Beach, dining, shops, and local attractions. The building offers elevator access, secured entry, and added convenience with a small coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor. Free parking garage on premises accommodates one vehicle, and an EV charger (level 2) is also available on site.<br /><br />Living space<br />The living area is set up for easy relaxation - a sectional sofa, leather armchair, and a 48 inch HDTV with standard cable give you everything you need to unwind after a day out. A window AC unit and portable fans keep the space comfortable year-round, and fast wifi (213 Mbps, verified by speed test) supports streaming, video calls, or working remotely without interruption. Step through to the private patio or balcony at any point to take in the views and catch the breeze from outdoor furniture.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering a quieter, more private retreat for sleeping. It includes two queen beds dressed in cotton linens, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. The layout sleeps up to four guests comfortably, with towels and bed linens provided for each stay.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking at home - a Frigidaire refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, GE stainless steel single oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine for morning starts. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, and hot water kettle round out the setup. A dining table provides a comfortable spot for meals in.<br /><br />Bathroom<br />The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower, bidet, and a full set of bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - ready for your arrival. A hair dryer and iron are also available.<br /><br />Building facilities<br />The shared sauna is currently available. Please note that the shared heated pool and shared hot tub are currently under renovation and are expected to reopen after May 15, 2026 - worth keeping in mind when planning your visit. An outdoor playground is also available on site for younger guests.<br /><br />Beach & outdoors<br />Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight to the water without extra packing.
