The unit will remain fully accessible, but there may be some noise during working hours<br /><br />This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Waikiki. The space is quiet and peaceful, with large sliding glass doors and blackout shades for great sleep. Both the bedroom and living room open to Juliet balconies and have city/garage views. You’ll be just a short walk from Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Mall, the Convention Center, great dining, and shopping.<br /><br />The bedroom features a king-size bed with plenty of pillows, a dresser with mirror, full-length mirror, nightstands, and a closet stocked with extra linens and fun beach gear like snorkel sets, beach towels, toys, and an umbrella. A TV with cable and streaming abilities. There’s also a luggage rack to make unpacking easier.<br /><br />In the living room, there’s a queen-size sofa bed, a TV with cable and streaming access, and a dining table for four that doubles as a workspace.<br /><br />The bathroom is newly renovated and attached to the bedroom. It includes a tub/shower combo, double vanity with light-up mirrors, hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, makeup remover wipes, a makeup mirror, and toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sunscreen and aloe gel are also provided <br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, pots, pans, utensils, blender, rice cooker, and more. There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee maker to enjoy in the morning or take your coffee to go.<br /><br />The unit has central air with separate controls for the bedroom and living room. Carpet is in the living room and bedroom. <br /><br />*Sofa bed linens are only provided for bookings with 3 or more guests unless arranged in advance*<br /><br />A laundry room is available in the building for a fee, and you’ll find laundry soap, a steamer, iron, ironing board, and laundry basket in the unit.<br /><br />There are four restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor of the building: Red Lobster, Chart House, San Paolo Pizzeria, and Harbor Pub.<br /><br />Parking is available in the connected garage for $35 per 24 hours with unlimited in and out. There is also $1/hour parking at the marina, limited street parking a few blocks away, and free beach parking from 4:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Feel free to message me for details about parking.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The condo is a private space. I will not be stopping by unless needed. Sometimes the building workers do need to enter. This will be posted before hand in the elevators and does not happen often.
