Our company as your host will send your information to register. The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building's 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city bus stop called "The Bus" where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too!<br /><br />Please note that the unit is conveniently located near the trash chute, which many guests find handy for quick and easy disposal. The building staff keeps this area clean and well-maintained. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by a spacious lanai that welcomes the fresh Hawaiian breeze and offers stunning 180° views — along with a cozy Queen bed and sofa bed for a relaxing stay. 🌺🌿<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />-Tropical Environment & Preventative Maintenance Disclosure-<br /><br />As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.<br /><br />To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.<br /><br />Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program.
