Step onto your private lanai, feel the trade winds move through, and let the pace of island life settle in around you. This is a perch above Waikiki where you can be close to everything and still feel removed from it.

The space
Set within the Waikiki Banyan, this one-bedroom corner unit has been recently renovated and sleeps up to four guests comfortably. Large windows wrap the space in natural light and frame uninterrupted views of the ocean and bay. The window AC unit and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round in Honolulu's steady tropical climate.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, giving you a quiet, private place to rest. It features a king-size bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, suitable for children or occasional use.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home - from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxed dinner in. You'll find a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove and single oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, rice maker, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and full cooking basics. A dining table means meals can be enjoyed with a view rather than standing at the counter.

Living and workspace
The living area is set up for both downtime and staying connected. Fast wifi (213 Mbps, verified by speed test) supports 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices, and there's an Ethernet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work. A TV, dining table, and pull-out sleeper sofa complete the space.

Bathroom and laundry
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and a full set of provided essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer. Paid washers and dryers are available in the building, with laundry rooms located on each floor.

Outdoor living
Your private lanai is furnished with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area, with views stretching toward the ocean and Diamond Head - an easy spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Beach essentials are included (beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear), along with sun loungers, so you're ready for the water the moment you are.

Building amenities
The Waikiki Banyan offers a strong set of shared amenities. The outdoor pool is open and ready to enjoy, along with a shared hot tub (open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, available all year) and a shared sauna. There's also a shared electric BBQ grill, an outdoor playground, and elevator access throughout the building. Free parking for one vehicle is included in the on-site garage, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on premises.

Location
Situated in the heart of Waikiki, the Waikiki Banyan puts you within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Shared beach access nearby makes a spontaneous ocean visit as easy as walking out the door. Self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival at any hour.

Whether you're here as a couple, a small family, or a remote worker in need of a change of scenery, this corner unit delivers an elevated island stay with room to relax, explore, and truly switch off.

NOTE
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY: Experience even greater savings!
