Trade winds drift through the open layout, the city hums quietly below, and the pace of island life invites you to slow down and settle in.<br /><br />Living space<br />The living area is bright and open, with large windows framing ocean and mountain views from every angle. A flat-screen TV and comfortable seating make it easy to unwind after beach days, while the window AC unit keeps things cool no matter how warm the sun gets outside. The dining table seats four - ideal for sharing a meal, playing cards, or spreading out after a day of exploring.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and features one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests, bringing the total capacity to four. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and cotton bed linens are all provided. The full bathroom - accessible through the bedroom - includes a bathtub and shower combination, hair dryer, and a full set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.<br /><br />Kitchen and dining<br />The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner in. An Amana refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, blender, rice maker, and drip coffee maker are all on hand. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and hot water kettle round out the setup - everything you need without having to think twice about it.<br /><br />Outdoor living<br />The private lanai is one of the real pleasures of this condo. Morning coffee with the ocean stretching out ahead, an afternoon read in the breeze, or an evening watching the sky shift color over the water - it earns its place in the day, every day. Outdoor furniture and a dining area make it easy to linger.<br /><br />Building amenities<br />Waikiki Banyan's shared amenities include an outdoor pool, shared hot tubs (available year-round, open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and a shared sauna. Please note: the pool and hot tubs are currently under renovation until April 2026. The building also offers a shared BBQ grill (electric), sun loungers, an outdoor playground, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V).
