Relax on the covered patio, soak in the private hot tub, or refresh under the outdoor shower surrounded by rainforest.<br /><br />Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, a Keurig coffee maker, keyless self check-in, and free parking for one vehicle. We live on the property if you need anything while still respecting your privacy.<br /><br />Our home is just minutes from Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park and is conveniently located for day trips to Hilo, South Point, and other Big Island attractions. Please book children/teens over 12 as an adult for the Reservation to go through.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full access to their private secondary unit apartment, which includes the bedroom, loft, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and enclosed covered patio. The private outdoor hot tub and shower are exclusively for guest use. The property features a shared driveway. Please park on the right side only and be considerate of neighbors. Keyless entry allows easy access anytime after 3pm checkout day. The hosts live on the front portion of the property and are available for assistance or emergencies.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Volcano Village offers a cool, sometimes misty climate—pack layers and a light jacket! Hilo, 30 minutes away, has grocery stores (Safeway, KTA) and dining options. Stock up before heading to Volcano if needed. Our property is eco-conscious, using purified rainwater and solar power. Hawaii County General Excise Tax (4.7%) and Transient Accommodation Tax (13.25%) apply to all stays. One parking space included. Guests staying 7+ nights receive a complimentary mid-stay refresh with fresh linens and light cleaning.
