The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for wine country getaway.<br /><br />Set along Sonoma Creek in a rural, agricultural setting surrounded by vineyards, the property offers a peaceful, private escape just minutes from local wineries. Guests can enjoy the beauty of working farmland, including occasional farm activity, wildlife, and the natural elements that come with an authentic wine country experience.<br /><br />Inside, you will find a mix of historic details and cozy living spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and Smart TVs for relaxing after a day of exploring.<br /><br />Outdoor living is a highlight here. Enjoy two dining areas, a BBQ, fresh herbs on the deck, and a two person spa for unwinding in the evenings. Whether you are sipping coffee in the morning or sharing a bottle of wine at sunset, Vineyard’s Edge is designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the best of Sonoma.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the deck, spa, and both dining areas.<br /><br />Please note that a few areas are not accessible, including a locked owner’s closet, a utility room, and the barn adjacent to the home.<br /><br />Parking is available on site for up to two vehicles. Please park in the driveway only and avoid blocking access points.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Vineyard’s Edge is located in a rural, agricultural area along Sonoma Creek. While this offers beautiful scenery and privacy, it also means you may encounter wildlife, insects, and occasional farm activity during your stay.<br /><br />The lower level of the home has low clearance ceilings, so please mind your head when moving throughout that space.<br /><br />The home sits directly along Sonoma Creek. For safety, children should always be supervised when outdoors.<br /><br />There is a backup generator on the property that may turn on occasionally, especially during power outages or routine testing.<br /><br />There is a small neighboring cottage on the property. It is separate from the main house, but you may occasionally see others nearby.<br /><br />Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the area.<br /><br />This is a historic home with unique features and charm. While it has been updated, it may differ from a modern or newly built home.
