Our home has all the comforts & a springboard for all Napa has to offer, the perfect place to be surrounded by quiet and serenity. The backyard views are a dream. We feel private, without distractions, but close to world class restaurants. Start the day with coffee outside on our deck & wave to the balloons overhead. At the end of the day, a dinner or aperitivo outside watching the sunset with one (or two) more glasses of wine, then after dinner watch stars from the hot tub, with a limoncello.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our immediate neighborhood is 1.5 blocks long, extremely quiet & surrounded by vineyards. Privacy allows you to use the hot tub, sun bath & swim.<br /><br />Our home is all on one floor, accessible, with a large primary bedroom and ensuite bath on one side of the house. Two guest bedrooms, with one central bathroom are located on the other end of the house. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. All beds are queen size, with linens provided. Internet, smart TV and music are available inside and out. Our open kitchen and Great Room are spacious and newly renovated with a 10’ island for cooking and entertaining, and features a new gas fireplace. We enjoy the openness of the house with lots of natural light. The dining room is open to the living room with soft seating areas and an 11’ Redwood live-edge dining table for plenty of room to eat. <br /><br />A private, fenced back yard has views of the Western, Eastern and Northern Napa hills, and overlooks a working vineyard. We love our garden, with its variety and rich aromas, as well as the vegetable beds and all they provide. Caprese salad anyone? The sun heated pool is 35' X 15’. There is also a hot tub for 5, gas BBQ grill, 4 patio areas with seating, lounge chairs and umbrellas. An outdoor dining table for 8 is just 15 feet from the vineyard. After a day of visiting wineries, watch the sunset over the vineyards and Mt.
