Every bedroom features a Casper mattress with Kassatex hotel line linens. The primary bedroom (King) overlooks the pool and vineyard with an en-suite bathroom with heated tile floors, a soaking tub, rain shower, and dual marble vanity, with private toilet area. Guest room #2 also features a King bed, with pool and vineyard views and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guest room #3 features vineyard views with a king bed and hallway bath with shower/tub combo. The TV/office room is separated from the main living area with a barn door and has an extra-deep sofa for TV watching and desk and chair for remote work. The main living area features a gas fireplace, a Samsung Frame television, and opens to the kitchen and dining area with seating for eight, and a coffee/beverage bar (with coffee maker and electric kettle). The kitchen has a brand new gas Bosch range and Bosch dishwasher, Fisher Paykel fridge, All-Clad cookware, and large island with countertop seating. A portable SONOS Move speaking is available for guest use, Panoramic doors which slide fully open in temperate weather conditions create a connected indoor-outdoor living environment for guests. A Weber BBQ grill on the deck is directly accessible to the kitchen., and an eight person outdoor dining table under a pergola and festoon lighting makes for a perfect al fresco dining experience. Pool chairs and umbrellas surround the 30 ft. pool and in-pool spa. A gas firepit with adirondak chairs completes the perfect outdoor environment for enjoying with family and friends. A garage lounge and fitness room (complete with Peloton Treadmill, free weights, and yoga mat) allows for additional living space. <br /><br />Pool floats and beach towels provided for guest use.<br />Crib, toddler tower, high chair, infant tub provided as requested. Pool toys, corn hole, and train table are available for kids! The perimeter of the property is not secured for pets.<br />Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.<br /><br />We require the primary booker to sign a separate docusign with covers all rules for the stay. <br /><br />As we are a working vineyard, note that during harvest (late August/early September - one to two nights), we pick from 10 PM - 2 AM and are required to be on property, but do not need access to guest areas. We will give guests booked during that period as much advance notice as possible. Guests are welcome to join in the fun of harvest, it's a special experience!
