It's a great location for an unforgettable trip!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Inside the updated mid-century, single-story ranch, enjoy the open concept family room, dining area, kitchen and living room, walled with glass overlooking the backyard and covered patio. In the family room, watch a movie or catch the game on our 55" HDTV. On cool nights the gas-powered fireplace stove keeps you extra warm and toasty. <br /><br />The farm-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner chef's oven, fridge with water + ice dispenser and all the kitchen gadgets you could want. For dinner, gather around the table set for 8 or step out to the covered patio for al fresco dining.<br /><br />The living room lures you in with cozy seating, a wood burning fireplace and beautiful views of the outdoors + vineyard. Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen + 2 twins w/ trundles) provide a stylish and restful place to sleep. The primary bedroom features a 55" HDTV. You'll also find two full bathrooms, a one off the hall with a tub and the other a primary en-suite. The adjacent guest house features a living room with 55" HDTV, 4th bedroom (queen bed), and an ensuite full bath with walk-in shower. <br /><br />The rec room is a fabulous place to gather with a 8' regulation Brunswick pool table and an arcade game console with 400+ games including old-school favorites like Centipede, Pac Man, Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, and many more. Enjoy a movie night on the 85" HDTV with a Sonos sound bar or choose from a host of board games. A desk for two can be used as a work or craft space. The articulated NanaWall folds up to create the ideal indoor/outdoor recreation space. The adjacent half bath means you never have to leave. <br /><br />Outside, enjoy an oversized 25 x 50 foot pool large enough for lap swimming. The pool has a baja tanning ledge perfect for lounging in the water, and an 8 x 8 foot built-in spa for the ideal place to unwind. Pool is solar heated April through October with the spa heated year round. The enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze. <br /><br />The pool area is the ultimate location to relax and play. Chaise loungers, tables, and umbrellas create a resort-like poolside set up. Premium floats, noodles, insta-worthy floaties, and pool toys make for a fun day in the sun. Chefs will love the outdoor kitchen with a premium gas grill, side burner, outdoor fridge, and ice maker surrounded by bar seating for 8. The outdoor dining table for 10 and a comfy lounge set, all covered (or not) with a retractable shade structure create an outdoor oasis. <br /><br />The fun continues with a 100’ bocce court, an expansive flat grass sport court, cornhole and more outdoor games. End your evening stargazing around the outdoor gas firepit in the plush outdoor seating. Although we don't know exact dates that our grapes will be picked we do know that it's always a great surprise to be at our property when it takes place.<br /><br />Please note that vineyard work occasionally happens in the middle of the night.
