No neighbors in this back yard meaning you have wonderful seclusion. Features vaulted ceilings, large rock gas fireplace, two car garage, all pine walls, remodeled kitchen cabinets and appliances, remodeled bathrooms, free high speed wireless internet, flat screen TVs, comfy furniture and sheets (1000 thread count), and an upstairs "bunk" room which sleeps 5 with a TV and is perfect for kids. In the summer the house is within walking distance to the lake. All these things make this home different than your standard rental home. <br /><br />The property has a very serene mountain feel with plenty of outdoor space for the kids and the kids at heart. Leading directly from the house there are great hiking and biking trails in the summer and cross country and snowshoe trails in the winter. This Tahoe home has a redwood deck with spa that faces the forest, an open kitchen with commercial Thermador range and oven, large rock gas fireplace, ping pong table, vaulted ceilings and a two car garage for those snowy winter nights. There is one of the few dog friendly beaches 1/2 mile away, north shore casino's are 5 miles away, Kings Beach 3 miles away, Tahoe City is 7 miles away, and you will be close to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.<br /><br />Our home is fully equipped with high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and gas barbecue (gas barbecue only available during summer)<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE; there is no cable television. There are Amazon Fire TV sticks on 3 of the 4 TVs. Most guests bring their own streaming device anyhow, but ours are configured with Amazon Prime. Please don't disconnect and move the devices around. Upon check-out, please make sure you've logged out of any accounts on my devices and everything is reconnected and working.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, guests no longer have access to the pool, pier and tennis courts. The club is permanently restricted to member's only. If you see anything that states otherwise, it is incorrect.
