There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. <br />Each enclave has its own private pool. Each villa has its own garage and one additional parking space.<br />There are additional pools at Honua Kai for our guests.<br />There is 562 s.f. lanai which seats 8. Spacious living room, large and efficient gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 3 zone air conditioning system. The large lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen/BBQ, refrigerator and plenty of space for lounging and outdoor dinning. The residence also includes a private garage. and ensuite full size washer and dryer. Resort amenities include several swimming pools, hot tubs, waterfalls and children's shallow pool. 24 hour fitness center, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, Whaler's General Store. TAX The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712%. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). "We highly recommend that all guests PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE" we will enforce our above cancelation policy.
