July 24th and Aug 2nd, are our next available dates in our upscale, homeowner-managed 2-bedroom villa at Beach Villas at Ko Olina, steps from Disney’s Aulani (not affiliated). Enjoy boutique hotel luxury with unobstructed ocean views from our two ocean facing lanais, relaxed beachy style, and easy walks to the beach bar, restaurants, shops, golf, marina, and luau. High-end Wolf/Sub-Zero, Sonos, LG OLED, and new Miele appliances elevate your stay.

The space
UNIQUE FEATURES
Unique features of our home include its top-floor, front-of-building location offering unobstructed ocean views from two ocean-facing lanais, a rarity at our property. With no neighbors on two sides, this villa also offers a level of privacy and tranquility that’s hard to find elsewhere in the resort.

VIEW
Expansive views of the beach, ocean, lagoon pool, lap pool, koi pond, and all three Ko Olina lagoons from the guest bedroom lanai. One of our favorite features? The villa has two separate ocean-facing lanais, a rare feature shared by only a handful of villas at the property. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or winding down at sunset, you can choose your own peaceful perch, perfect for couples traveling together or for teens who want a little space (with a view!) of their own.

ENTERTAINMENT
After a fun-filled day in the sun, come home to unwind in comfort. Stream your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night on our top-of-the-line LG OLED TV in the living room, or wind down with the new TVs in both bedrooms, everyone can relax in their own space.

or let the day slip into evening with Hawaiian music playing in the background through our Sonos sound system, installed in the living area and both bedrooms. Whether you're prepping dinner, enjoying a sunset cocktail on the lanai, or simply easing into a restful evening, it's all part of the relaxing vibe of island life.

BEDDING & BATHROOMS
Sleeping options include a king master bedroom; two twins in the guest bedroom; and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The villa has two full bathrooms with showers and deep soaking tubs.

PROVIDED
Bed linens, along with bathroom and beach towels. The villa also has an assortment of beach toys and other accessories. Please look first before spending additional money on these items.

Please use the shower facilities at the beach to rinse off the beach toys before bringing them back to your villa.

LAUNDRY
We’ve recently installed a state-of-the-art Miele washer and dryer (April 2025), that's fast, quiet, and easy to use. Just press Favorites, and then choose what you are washing, that's all there is to it!

GUEST WELLNESS & SAFETY
For added peace of mind, we’ve installed Bipolar Needlepoint Ionizers (no ozone) in our two-zone AC system, the same air purification technology used at the Four Seasons Resort next door. According to the manufacturer, this system reduces airborne and surface bacteria and viruses by up to 99.98% in just 60 minutes.

Our Miele washer and dryer is also one of the most advanced residential laundry systems available. When using the appropriate hygienic wash cycle, the washer is designed to remove 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, so you can toss in swimsuits, beach towels, or clothes from the day’s adventures knowing they’ll come out fresh, clean, and truly ready for another day of adventure!

WHY THIS VILLA?
Our unit has a front-facing balcony with direct, unobstructed ocean views. The villa across from us has a fire escape stairwell blocking this view, yet both are listed as oceanfront with similar pricing. Please do your research so you'll feel confident and comfortable with your villa selection.

ABOUT RENTING IN HAWAII
All legal listings in Hawaii collect and remit taxes to the State. The City and County of Honolulu is actively shutting down illegal rentals across Oʻahu.

Bill 41 was recently signed into law, requiring a 90-day minimum rental for properties outside resort zones.

Our property is located inside the Ko Olina resort zone and is legally registered for short-term rentals, allowing stays as short as six nights.
TA-059-216-2816-01 | 2022/ELOG-17

Guest access
You'll have access to our beautiful beach, our lagoon pool and our quiet pool, three hot tubs, beach bar, Wolf B-B-Q grills set beachside and at the back of the lagoon pool, fitness center, men's and woman's locker rooms with steam room and sauna, and our beautiful grounds. We provide parking in our underground garage.

Nadia (my sister) will be here to greet you upon arrival at the front desk. She will assist you with check-in and will show you how to operate the various amenities in your villa. We are around to answer any questions during your stay.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
-------------------------------------------------------

Start by swimming laps at the beach in the lagoon in front of our property.

Spend a few minutes relaxing on the wide sandy beach, with toes in the sand as that country song goes.

If the kids are up, play a little football in the sand before heading up to your villa for breakfast. Fresh Papaya and Pineapple, breakfast pastries, Portuguese sausage, rice and eggs, followed by a latte and POG juice. The perfect Hawaiian breakfast.

On to the fitness center for some treadmill time and weight lifting or jog along the beach front path. As a reward, go and sit in the sauna and steam room, my favorite (Dad). Head off for a massage, perhaps a one and a half hour long hot stone massage, my favorite (Mom) at the Four Seasons, Disney Aulani or call for an in-villa massage.

The rest of the family can visit the lagoon pool for some fun in the sun. Cruise by and visit the Beach Bar. Have the kids order Brain Freezes all around. Cherry with Passion Fruit, (Daughter's Favorite along with the Chocolate, or Son's favorite Mango.)

At lunch, take the path that runs along the ocean that connects the lagoons together and eat at Longboard's on Lagoon Three. The fish tacos and the pulled Kalua Pork sandwich are favorites. You could also head over to the Ko Olina Station shopping center and order some sandwiches for the beach at the Island Country Market or eat at our local favorite, Monkeypod Kitchen.

After lunch, head back to the property for some snorkeling in the lagoon to see the colorful fish and to look for Tripod, our three legged sea turtle that frequents our lagoon. Head over to Costco, (one exit away, about five minutes) and pick up some USDA Prime Rib Eye steaks, Ahi (Tuna) steaks and shrimp. Marinate them in some Huli Huli sauce and grill them by the pool at sunset while enjoying drinks from the beach bar while the kids swim.

A great way to end the day.

-------------------------------------------------------

There is an ocean front walkway that connects all four beach lagoons together. Walk along the wide promenade to restaurants, luau’s, shopping, etc.

Rent a car at the airport as you'll want a car to tour around the Island. It's an easy drive to our property on the H-1 going West until it ends. Drive a little further until you see the freeway exit sign for Ko Olina. (Note that you won't be on the freeway any longer but still on the same road, you'll see the large freeway looking exit sign on the right for Ko Olina.)

Good to know: Avoid driving during 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm. If your flight arrives by 1:00 pm, you’re good to go. If it's after that time, spend the time having dinner or drinks in town first rather than in rush hour traffic.

The food court or one of the restaurants at Ala Moana would be a great choice. The beachfront location of La Mariana Sailing Club (Hawaii 5-0, 50 1st dates, currently closed for filming), is a good option for a kitschy Hawaiian vibe, right East of the airport. Same for Nico's on Pier 38, for seafood in a casual setting. Liliha Bakery is also a good choice for lighter fare. With suitcases, I would skip Chinatown though they are close by and have may excellent choices.

Note: Be careful with your luggage by parking in safer areas, such as the Ala Moana Mall, the largest outdoor mall in the country.

Your rate includes a parking place at our property so no extra cost there.

Once you have booked your stay, airbnb will allow us to exchange phone #'s and email addresses.

-------------------------------------------------------
We are from Hawaii and know the local area well. Allow us to assist you in getting the most out of your Hawaiian vacation.

Other things to note
Scroll to the bottom of the website main page to the Maps and click on our families favorite spots that we think you'll also enjoy.

From the Snorkel Safety study:
1. Don’t snorkel for several days following transpacific flights. This advice is as applicable to Hawaii residents as it is to Hawaii visitors.
2. The safest snorkels are those that don’t have modifications to the tip to prevent water from entering the device.
3. Choose snorkeling locations where you can touch the ocean bottom for additional safety.
4. Snorkeling requires proficiency in swimming. If you aren’t able to swim, you should not be snorkeling.
5. We do not provide snorkeling gear. When there are drownings in Hawaii, snorkeling is the most likely associated activity.

Registration Details
910570090114, O-923, TA-059-216-2816-01
