Come enjoy your own secluded piece of paradise.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />All areas of the home are for guests use only, there are no shared spaces, enjoy lounging in the family room, kitchen or large lanai facing the ocean. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, but can be switched to a king bed upon request.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All areas of home are for guest access, as well as beach and yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This property and our surrounding neighborhood, are in a Tsunami Evacuation Zone.<br /><br />Parking space in driveway for one vehicle.<br /><br />We do require a mid-stay cleaning charge for stays that are a week or longer.
