Fees for non staying, visiting guests will apply.<br /><br />- The garage is fairly small, the largest car it can accomodate would be a Tesla Model Y or similar. The private driveway has a ring camera right by entrance and can accomodate an additional car. <br /><br />- No AC in the main space; only heating system. The San Francisco Bay Area is known to have cool summers and ACs are very rare in our neighborhood.
