The two-story Victorian home sleeps up to 15. <br /><br />Overlooking downtown Truckee the Richardson House is a short walk to the best restaurants and shops. A central location and short distance to all the major ski resorts. There's no shortage of activities in the spring/summer with world class hiking, biking, golf, yoga, boating, tennis and River rafting the Truckee River amongst numerous other activities.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Richardson House is a fully renovated (completely remodeled in the 1990's and it shows) historic Victorian overlooking downtown Truckee. It's a step back in time but with all the modern conveniences one would expect in a 5 star accommodation. Owners Bob and Jeannine recently purchased the home in late 2016 and have added a outdoor Jacuzzi , all new high end mattresses and linens, window treatments and all new kitchenware. In 2020 we put all new carpets in the bedrooms and hardwood in the downstairs. The gardens and lighted Gazebo(seats 14) are amazing. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch from one of our rocking chairs which overlooking downtown or Adirondack chairs on the garden patio. <br /><br />There is a separate TV/Media room/Office which has a new double Futon and can be used for your extra guests.<br /><br />There is $150 Jacuzzi Fee for each Stay. Due to COVID We drain and sanitize before each guest arrives.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the entire house.
