This Victorian home sits in the heart of Noe Valley - one of San Francisco's sunniest, most walkable neighborhoods - offering sweeping city and Bay views alongside a private fenced backyard garden. It's a rare combination: genuine outdoor space, period character, and a quiet residential setting with the whole city within easy reach.

Living spaces
Original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and period details give the home a warmth that's hard to find in a city full of new builds. Natural light moves through generously sized windows throughout the day, and central heating keeps the interior comfortable year-round - a welcome feature during San Francisco's famously cool summers and mild winters. The main living areas are open and unhurried, designed for settling in rather than passing through.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom is a vaulted, peaceful retreat with an en-suite bathroom and shower. French doors open directly onto a large private deck furnished with Adirondack chairs - a natural spot to take in the skyline and Bay views over morning coffee. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an en-suite sink, and ample closet and drawer space for longer stays. Downstairs, a second full bathroom features a classic claw-foot tub with shower. Both rooms are made up with European Sleepworks mattresses and quality linens.

Kitchen & dining
The fully renovated kitchen opens onto a deck with city views, making it as pleasant a room to linger in as it is practical. A full range of appliances - including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker - means you have everything needed to cook properly at home. A dining table seats the group, and the kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Takeout from the neighbourhood is always an option, too - 24th Street's cafes and restaurants are just three blocks away.

Outdoor spaces
Two decks extend the home's living area outside, with views across the San Francisco skyline and out toward the Bay. The private, fully fenced backyard garden offers something different - flowering plants, a Meyer lemon tree, and the occasional visiting hummingbird make it a genuinely calm retreat from the city. Outdoor furniture is provided on both the decks and in the garden.

Bathrooms
The primary bedroom's en-suite includes a shower and hot water. The second bathroom, located downstairs, features a claw-foot bathtub with shower. Both are stocked with essentials - shampoo, soap, and towels included.

Practical details
The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, iron, clothing storage, and a full set of bathroom and bedroom essentials. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward at any time, and the private entrance means you come and go independently. Free street parking is available on the street, with street cleaning every two weeks.

The neighbourhood
Three blocks from 24th Street, the home sits at the centre of everything Noe Valley offers - Philz Coffee, specialty grocers, boutiques, and regular public transport connections. A park with basketball courts, tennis courts, and a playground is directly across the street. Glen Park Canyon's trails are within walking distance for anyone who wants to get out into nature without leaving the city. The Castro, the Mission District, Golden Gate Park, and downtown San Francisco are all a short journey away. Noe Valley's tree-lined streets, sunny microclimate, and neighbourhood atmosphere make it one of the city's most liveable corners - and an excellent base for first-time visitors and returning guests alike.

Guest access
The entire home is yours — enjoy complete privacy and all the space, indoors and out.

There is a downstairs suite (separate entrance) usually occupied by the host.

Other things to note
::NO TV:: There’s no television in the unit — a great excuse to unplug and enjoy the views, conversation, or a good book.

::MID-STAY CLEANING:: Guests staying longer than 14 nights are required to pay for and schedule a mid-stay cleaning. This is mandatory for all extended stays. We'll work with you to arrange a convenient time during your stay.

::STREET CLEANING:: takes place every two weeks, so please be sure to check posted signs to avoid tickets.

::WINDOWS:: The windows in the twin bedroom do not open due to past neighborhood noise concerns from guests, but we provide a fan to keep the room comfortable.

::SERVICE ANIMALS:: All service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up and properly disposing of any waste. Any damage, excessive shedding, or additional cleaning required as a result of the animal may incur additional charges.

::OLD HOME:: The home was built in 1906, so you may notice a few charming quirks that come with a classic San Francisco property. One quirk is the internal stairs to the bedrooms, they are very shallow and slightly steep.

::NEIGHBORS:: There is a small in-law unit on the property where I stay when I’m not upstairs. Occasionally, friends may visit and stay in that space. Your unit remains private, with your own private entry, though you may see us coming and going. The backyard is shared.

We’re located on a hill — not steep by San Francisco standards, but it is a hill! The upside is sweeping 180° views and an outdoor deck that’s one of the best spots in the city to take them in.

Registration Details
STR-0007581
