Our place is a charming Victorian located in the heart of the Mission District, just steps to many great restaurants, Delores Park, boutiques, cafes, bakeries and bars in the city. With an outdoor patio with a firepit, it's a great place to relax after exploring the city!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The entire home features rare 11-foot ceilings on both floors, creating an open and airy feel throughout.<br /><br />Each room includes a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a desk and chair—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.<br /><br />Guests can also enjoy a cozy fire pit on the patio and a spacious, beautifully designed kitchen ideal for cooking and gathering.<br /><br />Our home is a lovely, spacious place to spend time with family and friends.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire home (however no garage access). We offer early check-in whenever possible. Please feel free to ask if you would like an early check in.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do not allow visitors or parties. <br /><br />We ask that voices are kept to a minimum on the patio after 8 pm for consideration of our neighbors. And no amplified music played on the patio at anytime, please. <br /><br />Street parking is available on Valencia Street (metered between 9am and 6pm). Parking on the side streets is 2 hours. Watch out for street cleaning signs as well. There is also a public parking lot a few minutes walk from the house between Mission Street and Valencia Street on 21st Street.<br /><br />Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived (you can leave the towels on the hooks and linens on the beds.
