Top floor of a Victorian House in the historical district of Alamo Square. Very spacious and bright house perfect for families with young children, couples or professionals traveling together. It's right next to Alamo Square and walking distance to many great restaurants and cafés in Hayes Valley, NOPA, Lower Haight. It is centrally located making it very easy to travel anywhere in the city. We live in the house most of the year, take great care of it and hope you'll love it as much as we do!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />It has two stories.<br />First floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/TV room, large kitchen, living/dining room, washer & dryer room and outside deck that is perfect to enjoy your coffee in the morning and meals later in the day.<br /><br />Bedroom 1: one king bed, can accommodate 2 adults.<br />Bedroom 2: one single bed + Queen floor mattress, can accommodate 2 adults.<br /><br />Second floor: this is a large open floor-plan. There is 1 King Bed + 1 living room with projector + 1 pool table.<br /><br />Please note that there are some stairs when getting in the unit (it's on the 3rd floor of the Victorian house).<br /><br />We have 2 young children so you’ll find toys and books for toddlers that you are free to use during your stay.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire unit and private deck.
