Gorgeous Victorian in the Mission/Potrero district. Off-road parking. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space, clearly owned by a sci-fi and book lover.<br /><br />This large, sunny house is furnished as two adult bedrooms, mezzanine office, child's bedroom, large sunroom with new queen-size sofa-bed and oversized sectional sofa. Formal lounge, dining room, library, and chef’s kitchen. 2 full bathrooms and 2 sets of washer/driers.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Large sunny Victorian house with vaulted ceilings and skylights. <br /><br />The downstairs has 2 living areas (one with a queen sofa bed), a library, a formal dining room, large kitchen, one bedroom (queen bed) and a full bathroom. <br /><br />The upstairs has the master bedroom (California king bed), a child's bedroom (full bed), a full bathroom, plus mezzanine office area.<br /><br />Off-road parking is available in the private driveway attached to the house, and there is a secluded garden with fountain, barbecue, fire pit, and seating area.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a flight of stairs to the main house, and a spiral staircase to two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms that is pretty steep. (There are no child gates, so not suitable for parents with crawling kids, but my kid was fine on it before she was 3.) There are also no child locks on any of the cupboards and drawers. <br /><br />The garden lights are on a timer, but I sometimes think the kitchen lights (with their Victorian settings) have a mind of their own!<br /><br />I have some things in the house with swear words (cups, magnets, etc.) Please let me know if you would like them removed before you visit.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0006042
