With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright garden nook, it’s a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of San Francisco! I’ve blended classic charm with modern comfort so you can relax, explore, and feel at home!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Welcome to my beautifully restored Victorian just a few steps from vibrant Dolores Park. I fell in love with this house the moment I first walked in: high ceilings, stained-glass windows, and light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the garden. It’s a place where the city’s energy flows right to the door, but inside, you’ll feel like you’ve discovered a quiet, sun-filled refuge.<br /><br />As you climb the stairs and pass through the stained-glass panels, you’ll find a spacious living room to your right with fabulous Bay windows! The living room seamlessly blends into the large dining area (plenty of space to seat 6 guests) which itself leads to the bright dining nook that overlooks my little garden filled with rosemary, lemon, and fig tree - one of my favorite spots for morning coffee or a quiet evening tea. My home keeps a sense of warmth and history, but it also has all the comforts you need for a relaxed, modern stay :)<br /><br />The layout is perfect whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or just craving a restful city retreat. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s room for everyone. The primary bedroom is cozy and calming, with soft linens and warm tones that make it easy to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The other bedrooms are equally inviting — perfect for reading, resting, or getting a little privacy.<br /><br />One of my favorite things about this home is how peaceful it feels, even though you’re just steps from one of the city’s liveliest areas. Dolores Park is right around the corner, and the neighborhood’s cafés, bakeries, and local restaurants are so easy to explore. If you want stunning city and bay views, a short walk will take you to some of the best vantage points in the area.<br /><br />Inside, everything is arranged for comfort and convenience. The kitchen is ready if you want to cook, the living areas invite relaxation or quiet reading, and each room is filled with light and calm. I’ve tried to balance the home’s Victorian charm with modern ease - keeping the stained-glass windows and original woodwork, while making sure all amenities are thoughtful and practical.<br /><br />Guests often tell me they love how this home feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet puts them right in the heart of San Francisco.
