On a quiet street, off Valencia street in the heart of the Mission, 2 blocks from the Bart, 10 minutes to downtown.<br /><br /><br />Large family home with huge backyard on quiet tucked away street in the heart of all things hip and happening<br /><br />Single family detached San Francisco Victorian in heart of city, 2 floors, porch, patio and huge lawn.<br /><br /><br />Quiet, tree lined block 1 block from Valencia street in the Mission district and a few blocks from Noe Valley.<br /><br />Our 1884 house is in San Francisco, a beautiful Victorian house on quiet block in one of San Francisco's hottest neighborhoods (both sunny-wise and culturally speaking) <br /><br /><br />We have a 3 bedroom house in the trendy, colorful mission district, near public transportation (2 blocks from the Mission BART subway which gets you downtown in about 7 minutes.)<br /><br />Our house is also right off Valencia street, which is now the epicenter of all things hip and happening. This area has most of the city's best restaurants and bars and hip night life. Its also rich with culture, like the famous mural walking tours.<br /><br />The house is located on the West side of Valencia street, midway between the groovy mission and the charming upscale noe valley.<br /><br />Our home has double parlor with a formal dining room, with cherry wood furniture and a piano. We have two living rooms -- a comfy room (comfy, down-filled couch) with a Direct TV, Wii and stereo and an adorable sitting room with working fireplace. Three 3 sets of antique pocket doors open up to all these room.<br /><br /> We have a bright, sunny eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens on to the back porch, which has a stained-glass wall for privacy, a barbeque grill and table and chairs for al fresco eating. From here, there are steps to the patio deck, made of terra cotta tiles. Further back is a grassy backyard, with lounge chairs and fruit trees. <br /><br /> The patio has a hammock, dining chairs and table, lounging chairs and a ping pong table. <br /><br />Off the kitchen is a pantry/laundry room with washer/dryer and there is a half bathroom off this room. <br /><br />Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and an office (off-limits) <br /><br />A master bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen HDTV (Roku w/Hulu,Netflix, HBO, Prime etc) and master bathroom. <br /><br /> The second room has a double bed and bay windows. The third is a guest room with a double bed. Off the hall is the third bathroom, with shower/bath tub and a sky light for natural light/air.<br /><br />1884 house has period detail, bay windows, wooden banisters, old wood floors, country porch, mexican tile patio with barbecue, grassy lawn with fruit trees and lounge chairs. <br /><br />House is approximately 2000 + square foot and the back yard is huge -- it's one of the largest in the city. (This lot is a lot and 3/4, ie 3/4 larger than most single family home lots in San Francisco.)<br /><br />There is a basement studio apartment which may or may not be occupied. <br /><br />Who are you? You should be responsible people who will respect our beloved home and look after our beloved cat. Petting is encouraged but not mandatory.
