Old feel and modern amenities. 5 minutes from downtown Napa. Minutes from Silverado Trail which has several world renowned wineries.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You can access all parts of the yard and vineyard. Please do not pick or touch the grapes. A long term renter lives in front of the property, 100 yards away. A full time renter is in the house next door. She keeps to herself. You will not see her. Please be mindful of 10pm quiet time because the neighbor.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have our other home on the property with its own yard areas for our personal use. Therefore, while a "shared" property, the houses are separate and have their own surrounding yards, parking, decks, etc. We do not allow pets because we have goats and chickens in the shared acres.<br />This property is not really suitable for small children because of steep staircase inside the house.
