Great restaurants, wineries, parks and the historic Anchor Steam Factory in the neighborhood.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Cozy living room with fire place and books. Enjoy a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee in the terrace filled with beautiful sunsets watching the cargo ships coming from the Pacific Ocean crossing under the Bay Bridge with views of Oakland, Berkeley hills, downtown SF. Then turn the lights on and enjoy the magic vibes in the garden.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Self check in with a code.<br />In the main floor, guests can access to the living room, dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, breakfast table room, from where you can access to the terrace and take some stairs down to the garden. <br />There are two terraces in the house the lower one is for guests and the upper one is for the private unit where I live.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are are two units in the house. The main one (red door) is for guests and the upper unit is where I live. It is totally independent. The access to my apartment is from the front green door of the house throughout the breezeway walking up the stairs in the back of the house through the terrace.<br />You might see me going up and down and also gardening in the backyard.
