Wake up refreshed in this spacious, airy full-floor apartment in a restored Victorian corner building, a bright open space filled with an eclectic mix of mid-century/modern furniture and an evolving collection of contemporary art.<br /><br />The apartment, with an open floor plan, high ceilings and tall windows, is located on a quiet, tree lined residential block - in brief walking distance to San Francisco's famous Alamo Square Park and a lively boulevard with restaurants, shopping + farmers’ market.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our spacious and light filled home is located in a classic Victorian corner building in San Francisco's vibrant NoPa (North of the Panhandle) neighborhood. <br /><br />The sunny 2400 sq ft (210 m²) apartment is brightened by twenty-seven double height windows opening to unobstructed daylight.<br /><br />The apartment has recently been completely remodeled with bleached wooden floors throughout, along with two new bathrooms and a gourmet eat-in kitchen.<br /><br />Large Victorian bay windows in living room and sitting room offer ample daylight throughout the day. <br /><br />The kitchen was remodeled to accommodate our love for cooking - and is equipped with all necessary culinary appliances and stocked with pantry staples and shelves of cook books. <br /><br />Four large kitchen windows look out over the neighborhood towards Pacific Heights and Alta Plaza Park in the distance. <br /><br />The bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen face a single lane alley, making for very quiet living quarters. <br /><br />A spacious home office, studio and additional sitting room face the front of the house.
