Our beautiful home is in one of SF’s best neighborhoods and has easy access to The Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park. It is also quick to get to Downtown and the Wharf either by bus, Uber/Lyft or driving (we do have a garage and an EV charger). Our home seems to works best for families traveling with grandparents, or groups of friends because there is a lot of separate space for people to have privacy, but also has places to hang together as well.

The space
Our home is unique because it has all of the charm of a San Francisco Victorian but has been completely remodeled and upgraded with everything you would expect from a luxury vacation rental.

Our home is very light, with skylights and large windows and feels homey and spacious. I take great care when renting our home to make it feel like a luxury house rental, and not our home. We provide all of the items that I love when I travel: iPhone chargers and Netflix, Kiehls products and 100% cotton sheets and everything in between. Though our children's rooms will feel like kids' rooms, I do my best to de-clutter as much as possible. There is room in every bedroom for your suitcase and to hang your clothes, but our clothes will be in the dressers and in our closets.

Downstairs we have a true chef's kitchen with a 48" Wolf Range, lots of gadgets and an open floor plan. Our dining table seats 9-10 comfortably and is great for a large family dinner. Our family room is a lovely place for an after dinner drink by the fireplace.

Upstairs we have three bedrooms, 2 baths and a surprisingly sunny deck! The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube TV, our daughter's room has a queen bed and a dedicated workspace, and our son's room has a double bed. This room is definitely not large (about 9x12) but is cozy and great for one adult or a kid or two.

The upstairs bathrooms are gorgeous and spa-like. The kids bathroom has a claw foot tub (it is 100 years old and was shipped from New Orleans) and a separate shower, and the master bathroom has a dual-head beautifully tiled shower. I put luxurious and fluffy white towels in all bathrooms to make you feel like you are staying in a lovely hotel.

On the bottom floor we have two additional bedrooms each with a private bath. There is also a living room on the bottom floor with a coffee bar and fridge.

Also on the bottom floor you are welcome to use the garage, Peloton and laundry room.

We do have a yard! So feel free to bring a dog or two.

There is ample room for two cars. You can park one car in the garage, and a second car in the driveway. If you park in the driveway please pull all the way forward to leave the sidewalk accessible. There is often room for a 3rd car on the street blocking our driveway. (Room for 3 cars in SF is quite rare!)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, garage and yard.

Other things to note
We love being hosts! I love that instead of staying at the Wharf or Union Square, guests now get to experience what a fun and wonderful town SF is for families. This is our primary home so you may discover our personal items in some drawers and closets, but it also means you’ll find sharp knives, plenty of cooking gadgets (in working condition) and higher end furniture.
