Brand new memory foam mattresses, renovated bathrooms, new flooring, and modern A/C & heating throughout.<br /><br />Inside the Home:<br />--> 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a closet and hangers <br />--> 2 full bathrooms stocked with plenty of fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner.<br />--> Fully equipped kitchen stocked with a few snacks on arrival, K-cups (coffee), cookware, seasonings, Pyrex dishes, pots, pans, cups, plates, and utensils.<br />--> New smart TV in the living room.<br />--> House manual on the kitchen counter (WiFi, parking, trash, and more).<br /><br />🧺 Laundry (Long Term Guests):<br />--> Washer/dryer access is available at our neighboring property — located outside. <br />--> Usage is scheduled for your convenience and detailed in the Welcome Book. <br />--> If the set schedule doesn't work for your group, just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate. <br />--> A great laundromat is also just 5 minutes away. <br />(Wash America 2759 Story Rd San Jose, CA 95127)<br /><br />🛒🛍️Groceries, laundromat & public transportation all within 2-5 minutes.<br /><br />📋 Important to Know:<br />1. Shared Property, Private Stay: While you'll have full privacy within your unit, our property is home to two additional attached units that may be occupied by other guests. You will not have interaction with other guests. Separate private entrances. <br />--> We ask all guests to be respectful of quiet hours so everyone can enjoy their stay.<br /><br />2. Working Ranch: Farm equipment and tractors on the property may occasionally be in operation for maintenance and supply management for our resident horses. <br />--> CURRENTLY REMODELING HORSE STALLS AT OUR NEXT DOOR PARCEL. MATERIAL MAY BE PRESENT ON PROPERTY. <br /><br />3. A Little Piece of History: <br />You may notice a collection of antique Spanish-style roof tiles on the far side of the property. These tiles were originally brought to the United States in the 1800s and sat atop a historic church in Palo Alto. Rather than let them be destroyed, we dismantled the roof to preserve them. They are being carefully stored until they find their forever home.<br /><br />4.
